217 Commission to publish disclosure return (1) Subject to subsection (2) and section 221A, the Commission must publish a disclosure return of a political donation under section 216 on its Internet site within 7 days of receiving the disclosure return. (2) The Commission may decline to publish a disclosure return of a political donation on its Internet site if the Commission considers that the disclosure return contains any particulars that are false or misleading in a material particular.
