207 Campaign committee to be treated as registered political party (1) This Part applies as if a campaign committee of an endorsed candidate was the registered political party that endorsed the candidate. (2) In subsection (1)— ***campaign committee***, in relation to a candidate, means a body of persons appointed or engaged to form a committee to assist the campaign of the candidate in an election; ***endorsed candidate*** means a candidate who is endorsed by a registered political party.
