165 List to be evidence The list prepared under section 162 indicating— (a) the names of electors who did not vote at the election; and (b) the names of electors from whom or on whose behalf the Commission received within the time allowed forms properly completed and signed; and (c) the names of electors from whom or on whose behalf the Commission did not within that time receive forms properly completed and signed; and (d) the opinions of the Commission— or a copy of the list, or any extract certified by the Commission, is evidence of the contents and of the facts stated in the list or extract.
