161 Offence by certain persons (1) A person employed under section 17 or appointed under section 18 must not contravene a provision of this Act which applies to the person and for which no other penalty is specified. (2) A person employed under section 17 or appointed under section 18 must comply with a direction given to the person by the Commission. (3) A person who wilfully contravenes subsection (1) or (2) is guilty of an offence. (4) A person who negligently contravenes subsection (1) or (2) is guilty of an offence.
