154 Secrecy of vote Except as authorised by or under this Act, a person who is present when an elector votes must not— (a) ascertain or disclose by word, act or other means, the vote of the elector; or (b) directly or indirectly require, induce or attempt to induce the elector to show how the elector intends to vote; or (c) communicate with or assist the elector while voting or look at the elector's vote or ballot-paper. 1. 120 penalty units or 1 year imprisonment.
