142 Deposits applicable for costs (1) If costs are awarded against the person who filed the petition, the deposit accompanying the petition in accordance with section 135(1)(e) must be applied towards payment of the costs. (2) A deposit that is not applied towards payment of the costs in accordance with subsection (1) must be returned to the person who filed the petition.
