Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This is a short, administrative legal instrument that cancels two sets of older regulations under the Egg Export Control Act.

Specifically, it does two things:

Repeals the Egg Export Control (Staff) Regulations (made in 1953), which likely covered how staff were hired and managed for the egg export control scheme
Repeals the Egg Export Control (Fees, Salaries and Expenses) Regulations (made between 1948 and 1953), which likely set out payments, charges, and administrative costs for running the scheme

Why it matters: This instrument doesn't create new rules itself—it simply removes the old ones, presumably to make way for updated regulations. It is essentially housekeeping for Australia's egg export industry during the 1950s, tidying up outdated staffing and financial rules.
