31 Application provisions
(1) The amendment of section 9 of this instrument made by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Integrity Measures) Regulations 2025 applies in relation to persons who become accepted students of a registered provider on or after the commencement of those Regulations. (2) The amendment of section 13 of this instrument made by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Integrity Measures) Regulations 2025 applies in relation to accepted students who are enrolled with a registered provider, or who have paid any tuition fees for a course provided by the provider, on or after the commencement of those Regulations.
