Commonwealth legislation
This instrument gives an ESOS agency a discretionary power to publish specified enforcement information (as defined by subsection 170A(2) of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000) on its usual public website. It does not mandate publication, set content, timing, procedural safeguards, or allocate costs — those details remain governed by the Act and the agency’s exercise of discretion.
