9AF Variation or removal of conditions
(1) The Secretary may vary or remove a condition that the Secretary has imposed under section 9AD or 9AE. (2) The Minister may vary or remove a condition that the Minister has imposed under section 9AD. (3) The Secretary and the Minister must use a risk management approach in deciding whether to vary or remove a condition under this section.
