#### 54M Indemnity (1) The TPS Director is not personally subject to any liability to any person (other than the Commonwealth) in respect of anything done, or omitted to be done, in good faith in the exercise or performance of powers or functions under this Act or the Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) Act 2012. (2) However, this section does not affect the operation of the Privacy Act 1988.
