#### 174 Amounts payable by unincorporated bodies The following persons are jointly and severally liable to pay an amount for which a registered provider that is an unincorporated body is liable under this Act, the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration Charges) Act 1997 or the Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) Act 2012: (a) the principal executive officer of the provider at the time the liability arose; (b) if there was a body (however described) that governed, managed or conducted the affairs of the provider at that time—each of the persons who were members of that body at that time.
