7 Chairperson
(1) A member vacates office as Chairperson if the member—
(a) stops being a member, or
(b) resigns from the office by written notice addressed to the Minister, or
(c) is removed from the office by the Minister under this section.
(2) For subsection (1)(a), a member does not stop being a member when the member’s term of office ends if the member is reappointed for a term commencing immediately after the end of the previous term.
(3) The Minister may remove a member from office as Chairperson at any time.
