13 Minutes and other records
(1) The Advisory Committee must keep—
(a) minutes of meetings of the Advisory Committee, and
(b) a record of—
(i) decisions of the Advisory Committee, and
(ii) particulars of disclosures made under this schedule, section 14.
(2) Records kept under subsection (1)(b)(ii) must be available for inspection by any person at a reasonable time.
