9 Notifiable changes in operation of non-government schools

9 Notifiable changes in operation of non-government schools

(1) For the Act, section 63(1), the following kinds of changes are prescribed—

(a) the school stops operating for 1 year,

(b) the school closes.

(2) The proprietor, principal or approved authority must give the Authority written notice of a change—

(a) as soon as practicable after becoming aware the change will occur or has occurred, and

(b) no later than 1 month after the change has occurred.
