7 Definitions

In this part—

charity includes—

(a) a registered entity within the meaning of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 of the Commonwealth, and

(b) an international charity.

facilities means premises, buildings or other facilities.

stops operating, in relation to a non-government school, means—

(a) none of the courses of study required to be provided under the Act, Part 3 are being provided at the school, or

(b) no students are enrolled at the school.
