sec.78 Application to take external assessment at another place
An eligible person may apply to the authority to take an external assessment at a place other than a place decided under section 77 (1) for the assessment. The application must be in the approved form. The application must be made on or before 31 August of the year in which the external assessment is to be taken. However, the authority may at any time extend the time for making the application.
