sec.33 When authority must decide application for renewal
The authority must decide to renew, or to refuse to renew, accreditation of the kindergarten guideline as soon as practicable after evaluation and no later than 31 August in the year the accreditation ends (the decision day ). However, before the decision day, the authority and the applicant may agree in writing on a day (the agreed extended day ), not more than 90 days after the decision day, by which the authority must make the decision.
