sec.31 Deciding application for renewal
The authority must consider the application and decide to renew, or to refuse to renew, accreditation of the kindergarten guideline. The authority must decide to renew accreditation of the kindergarten guideline if the authority considers the guideline including any proposed changes satisfies the educational criteria and the social responsibility criteria.
