sec.199 Notices given in relation to fees waived before commencement

This section applies if— before the commencement, a notice was published, or given to a person, about the waiver of a fee under former section 171A; and the fee would otherwise have been payable in 2025. The waiver of the fee is taken to have been given under new section 171 for 2025.
