sec.195 Service fee for 2025 waived before commencement
This section applies if, before the commencement, the authority waived payment of a service fee for 2025 under former section 165(3). The fee is taken to be waived under new section 164 for 2025. (sec.195-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the authority waived payment of a service fee for 2025 under former section 165(3).
