sec.194 Notices given before commencement

This section applies if— a notice was given to the authority by a person before the commencement under a former section mentioned in column 1 of the following table; and immediately before the commencement the notice has not been dealt with. The notice is taken to be a notice given under the new section mentioned in column 2 opposite the former section.
