sec.180 Existing accreditation of kindergarten guideline and accreditation period
This section applies in relation to the accreditation of a kindergarten guideline in effect immediately before the commencement under the expired regulation, including a renewed accreditation. The accreditation is taken to be an accreditation under this regulation for the accreditation period decided by the authority under the expired regulation.
