sec.175 Definitions for part
In this part— expired regulation means the expired Education (Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority) Regulation 2014 . former , in relation to a provision, means the provision of the expired regulation as in force from time to time before the commencement. new , in relation to a provision, means the provision of this regulation as in force from the commencement. relevant test has the meaning given under the expired regulation.
