sec.172 Copy of approved syllabus and certain other documents
A person may give the authority a request for a copy of— a syllabus developed, revised or purchased by the authority under section 9 or 10 of the Act ; or an accredited kindergarten guideline; or a part of the accreditation register. The authority must, on payment of an appropriate fee, give the person a copy of the document requested by the person. In this section— appropriate fee means a fee— the authority considers to be reasonable; and that is not more than the reasonable cost of giving the person a copy of the syllabus, kindergarten guideline, or part of the accreditation register. (sec.172-ssec.1) A person may give the authority a request for a copy of— a syllabus developed, revised or purchased by the authority under section 9 or 10 of the Act ; or an accredited kindergarten guideline; or a part of the accreditation register. (sec.172-ssec.2) The authority must, on payment of an appropriate fee, give the person a copy of the document requested by the person. (sec.172-ssec.3) In this section— appropriate fee means a fee— the authority considers to be reasonable; and that is not more than the reasonable cost of giving the person a copy of the syllabus, kindergarten guideline, or part of the accreditation register.
- (a) a syllabus developed, revised or purchased by the authority under section 9 or 10 of the Act ; or
- (b) an accredited kindergarten guideline; or
- (c) a part of the accreditation register.
- (a) the authority considers to be reasonable; and
- (b) that is not more than the reasonable cost of giving the person a copy of the syllabus, kindergarten guideline, or part of the accreditation register.
