sec.165 Refund of application fee for accreditation or renewal of accreditation
This section applies if— a person withdraws an application for accreditation, or renewal of accreditation, of a kindergarten guideline; or the authority rejects an application for accreditation, or renewal of accreditation, of a kindergarten guideline. However, the section only applies if the authority has not started evaluating the kindergarten guideline. The authority must refund to the person the application fee, less the administrative component mentioned in schedule 1 . (sec.165-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person withdraws an application for accreditation, or renewal of accreditation, of a kindergarten guideline; or the authority rejects an application for accreditation, or renewal of accreditation, of a kindergarten guideline. (sec.165-ssec.2) However, the section only applies if the authority has not started evaluating the kindergarten guideline. (sec.165-ssec.3) The authority must refund to the person the application fee, less the administrative component mentioned in schedule 1 .
