This section applies if the authority receives a results notice from a person under section 149 for contributing studies mentioned in section 4 . The authority must record the results of the person’s assessment for the studies in the person’s student account. Also, the authority must give the person a notice if— any of the studies are non-Queensland studies; and there are no results already recorded in the person’s student account for studies in relation to which the person satisfies the school study eligibility requirement, including under section 99 (3) (b) . The notice given to the person must state whether or not the person satisfies the school study eligibility requirement under section 99 (3) (b) in relation to the non-Queensland studies. (sec.150-ssec.1) This section applies if the authority receives a results notice from a person under section 149 for contributing studies mentioned in section 4 . (sec.150-ssec.2) The authority must record the results of the person’s assessment for the studies in the person’s student account. (sec.150-ssec.3) Also, the authority must give the person a notice if— any of the studies are non-Queensland studies; and there are no results already recorded in the person’s student account for studies in relation to which the person satisfies the school study eligibility requirement, including under section 99 (3) (b) . (sec.150-ssec.4) The notice given to the person must state whether or not the person satisfies the school study eligibility requirement under section 99 (3) (b) in relation to the non-Queensland studies.

• (a) any of the studies are non-Queensland studies; and
• (b) there are no results already recorded in the person’s student account for studies in relation to which the person satisfies the school study eligibility requirement, including under section 99 (3) (b) .
