sec.146 Notification of other matters— Act , s 58
For section 58 (2) (a) of the Act , the time prescribed is within 3 months after the provider or recognised school becomes aware of the correct information. For section 58 (2) (b) of the Act , the time prescribed is within 30 days after the provider or recognised school becomes aware of the correct information. For section 58 (2) (c) of the Act , the time prescribed is within 30 days after the provider or recognised school becomes aware the person has stopped being enrolled with the provider or recognised school. For section 58 (2) (d) of the Act , the time prescribed is within 30 days after the provider or recognised school becomes aware the person has died.
