For section 56 (1) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— the information mentioned in section 140 (1) (a) to (d) ; if a student account is open for the person and the provider has the account number for the account—the account number; the eligible option in which the person is participating, or proposes to participate, by enrolling in the program or course; the components of the eligible option being undertaken, or proposed to be undertaken, by the person; the date of the person’s enrolment in the program or course; the date the person started, or proposes to start, to comply with the provider’s attendance requirements for the program or course; the name and type of the provider. For section 56 (3) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— the information mentioned in section 140 (1) (a) to (d) ; the account number for the person’s student account; the certification studies in which the person is enrolled; the date of the person’s enrolment in the studies; the name and type of the provider. For section 56 (4) of the Act , the information mentioned in subsection (2) (a) to (e) is prescribed.
