sec.143 Information required for student accounts—other persons— Act , s 54
For section 54 (2) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— the information mentioned in section 140 (1) (a) to (f) , (i) and (2) ; if the person is enrolled in certification studies with a provider, other than an exempt provider—details of each of the certification studies in which the person is enrolled when the required information is given to the provider or chief executive, including the name and type of the provider.
