sec.136 Persons to whom record of results must be issued
The authority must issue a record of results to a person who— is issued with a QCE or Queensland certificate of individual achievement, if the person is not also issued with a senior statement in the same month as the QCE or Queensland certificate of individual achievement is issued to the person; or takes an external senior examination for an external examination subject, if— the authority decides the person’s result under section 71 ; and the person is not issued with a senior statement in the year in which the person takes the examination. The authority must issue a record of results to the person— for a person mentioned in subsection (1) (a) —when a QCE or Queensland certificate of individual achievement is issued to the person; or for a person mentioned in subsection (1) (b) —in December of the year in which the person takes the external senior examination. (sec.136-ssec.1) The authority must issue a record of results to a person who— is issued with a QCE or Queensland certificate of individual achievement, if the person is not also issued with a senior statement in the same month as the QCE or Queensland certificate of individual achievement is issued to the person; or takes an external senior examination for an external examination subject, if— the authority decides the person’s result under section 71 ; and the person is not issued with a senior statement in the year in which the person takes the examination.
