sec.135 What must be recorded on senior statement

For schedule 1 of the Act , definition statement of results , paragraph (b) , the following information is prescribed for a senior statement— the name of the person to whom it is issued; the date it is issued; that the person has finished senior secondary education; for contributing studies for a QCE for which the results of the person’s assessment are recorded in the person’s student account— the name of the studies; and the results of the person’s assessment; and if the provider is not a school at which the person is enrolled—the name of the provider for the studies; and if the studies are non-Queensland studies—the name of the State or country in which the result issuer for the studies operates; and the year in which the person’s results were achieved; for contributing studies for a Queensland certificate of individual achievement for which the person’s results are recorded in the person’s student account— the person’s results for the studies; and the year in which the person’s results were achieved; the name of any qualification issued to the person and recorded in the person’s student account; either— that the person meets the eligibility requirements for a QCE; or that the person does not meet the eligibility requirements for a QCE.

• (i) the name of the studies; and
• (ii) the results of the person’s assessment; and
• (iii) if the provider is not a school at which the person is enrolled—the name of the provider for the studies; and
• (iv) if the studies are non-Queensland studies—the name of the State or country in which the result issuer for the studies operates; and

• (e) for contributing studies for a Queensland certificate of individual achievement for which the person’s results are recorded in the person’s student account— (i) the person’s results for the studies; and (ii) the year in which the person’s results were achieved;
