sec.128 What must be stated on QCE
A QCE must state each of the following— the name of the person to whom it is issued; the date it is issued; that the person has met the eligibility requirements for a QCE.
- (a) the name of the person to whom it is issued;
- (b) the date it is issued;
- (c) that the person has met the eligibility requirements for a QCE.
