sec.115 Procedure for recognising studies
If the authority decides to recognise studies under this division, it must— decide the day (the review day ) by which recognition of the studies will first be reviewed by the authority; and give a notice to the consenting entity for the studies stating— that the authority has decided to recognise the studies under this division; and the review day for the studies; and include details of the studies on the authority’s website.
