sec.91 Guidelines
The authority may make guidelines about its functions. However, a regulation may provide for particular matters about which a guideline may be made. Also, a regulation may provide that the authority may make a guideline only with the approval of the Minister. If a guideline is inconsistent with this Act, the guideline is invalid to the extent of the inconsistency. A guideline— must be notified in the way provided under a regulation; and takes effect on the day it is notified or, if a later day is stated in the guideline, on the later day. On the day a guideline is notified under subsection (5) (a) , or as soon as practicable after that day, copies of the guideline must be available to be purchased or otherwise obtained at each place stated in the notice as a place where a copy of the guideline may be obtained. Failure to comply with subsection (6) does not affect the validity of the notification under subsection (5) (a) . (sec.91-ssec.1) The authority may make guidelines about its functions.
