sec.87A Principals must give particular assessment documents to authority

This section applies if— a school or recognised school administers an assessment for a senior subject; and the authority asks the principal of the school or recognised school to provide a copy of the documents relating to the assessment to enable the authority to perform its functions under section 14 . The principal of the school or recognised school must give the authority a copy of the documents. s 87A ins 2018 No. 1 s 142 (sec.87A-ssec.1) This section applies if— a school or recognised school administers an assessment for a senior subject; and the authority asks the principal of the school or recognised school to provide a copy of the documents relating to the assessment to enable the authority to perform its functions under section 14 . (sec.87A-ssec.2) The principal of the school or recognised school must give the authority a copy of the documents.
