sec.79 Internal review application

An internal review application must— be in writing; and state fully the grounds of the application; and be made within 14 days after— the day the applicant receives the information notice for the reviewable decision; or if the applicant does not receive the information notice—the day the applicant becomes aware of the decision. Despite subsection (1) (c) , the authority may at any time extend the time within which a person may apply for an internal review of a reviewable decision.
