sec.67 Disclosure to particular entities
The authority must give a relevant entity the aggregated student account information prescribed under a regulation relating to the entity. The authority must give the relevant entity the information under subsection (1) at the time prescribed under a regulation. In this section— relevant entity means any of the following— ISQ; CEQL; the training chief executive. s 67 amd 2014 No. 25 s 223 sch 1 pt 2 ; 2025 No. 24 s 39ZR (sec.67-ssec.1) The authority must give a relevant entity the aggregated student account information prescribed under a regulation relating to the entity. (sec.67-ssec.2) The authority must give the relevant entity the information under subsection (1) at the time prescribed under a regulation. (sec.67-ssec.3) In this section— relevant entity means any of the following— ISQ; CEQL; the training chief executive.
- (a) ISQ;
- (b) CEQL;
- (c) the training chief executive.
