sec.49 Meaning of student account phase
A young person is in the student account phase if— the person is in the compulsory participation phase; or the person is not yet in the compulsory participation phase but a student account has been opened for the person.
- (a) the person is in the compulsory participation phase; or
- (b) the person is not yet in the compulsory participation phase but a student account has been opened for the person.
