sec.48 Meaning of student account
A student account is a record kept for a person to record information about— the person’s results in certification studies; and for a person in the compulsory participation phase—the person’s participation in eligible options during the compulsory participation phase.
- (a) the person’s results in certification studies; and
- (b) for a person in the compulsory participation phase—the person’s participation in eligible options during the compulsory participation phase.
