sec.39 Resignation
The chief executive officer may resign by signed notice given to the Minister. The resignation takes effect on— the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day. (sec.39-ssec.1) The chief executive officer may resign by signed notice given to the Minister.
