sec.23 Eligibility
The following persons are ineligible for nomination or appointment as a member— a member of the Legislative Assembly; a councillor of a local government; the chief executive officer.
- (a) a member of the Legislative Assembly;
- (b) a councillor of a local government;
- (c) the chief executive officer.
