sec.22 Members
The authority is comprised of the following members— the chief executive, or a nominee of the chief executive; the following persons (each, an appointed member ) appointed as members by the Governor in Council— the executive director, or nominee, of the ISQ; the chief executive officer, or nominee, of CEQL; 1 nominee of the Minister having relevant corporate, governance or financial qualifications or experience; 3 other nominees of the Minister having the qualifications, experience or standing the Minister considers relevant to the functions of the authority. s 22 amd 2025 No. 24 s 39ZQ
- (a) the chief executive, or a nominee of the chief executive;
- (b) the following persons (each, an appointed member ) appointed as members by the Governor in Council— (i) the executive director, or nominee, of the ISQ; (ii) the chief executive officer, or nominee, of CEQL; (iii) 1 nominee of the Minister having relevant corporate, governance or financial qualifications or experience; (iv) 3 other nominees of the Minister having the qualifications, experience or standing the Minister considers relevant to the functions of the authority.
