sec.17 Tertiary entrance
The authority has the function of giving information about students to an appropriately qualified entity to enable the entity to— rank the students as a basis for tertiary entrance; and advise the students of their tertiary entrance ranking. The authority has the function mentioned in subsection (1) for recognised schools. s 17 sub 2018 No. 1 s 138 (sec.17-ssec.1) The authority has the function of giving information about students to an appropriately qualified entity to enable the entity to— rank the students as a basis for tertiary entrance; and advise the students of their tertiary entrance ranking. (sec.17-ssec.2) The authority has the function mentioned in subsection (1) for recognised schools.
