sec.113 Continuation of tertiary entrance function

Despite the repeal of the pre-amended Act, section 17, the authority continues to have the functions relating to tertiary entrance mentioned in that section to the extent the functions relate to students enrolled at a school or recognised school for the year 12 year of schooling in 2019.
