sec.108 Existing guidelines
This section applies to a QSA guideline in force under section 78 of the repealed Act immediately before the commencement. The guideline continues in force as a guideline of the authority under section 91 until it is repealed under that section. If the guideline was approved by the Minister before the commencement and continues in force under this section, it is taken to have been approved by the Minister under this Act. (sec.108-ssec.1) This section applies to a QSA guideline in force under section 78 of the repealed Act immediately before the commencement. (sec.108-ssec.2) The guideline continues in force as a guideline of the authority under section 91 until it is repealed under that section. (sec.108-ssec.3) If the guideline was approved by the Minister before the commencement and continues in force under this section, it is taken to have been approved by the Minister under this Act.
