sec.106 Existing approved work programs
This section applies to a work program for which a QSA approval under section 13(2) of the repealed Act was in force immediately before the commencement. The work program continues in force as a work program approved by the authority under section 15(1)(c) until the approval is repealed by the authority under that section. (sec.106-ssec.1) This section applies to a work program for which a QSA approval under section 13(2) of the repealed Act was in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.106-ssec.2) The work program continues in force as a work program approved by the authority under section 15(1)(c) until the approval is repealed by the authority under that section.
