sec.105 Existing kindergarten guidelines
This section applies to a kindergarten guideline for which, immediately before the commencement, either of the following was in force— a QSA approval under section 8(1)(d) of the repealed Act; a QSA accreditation under section 9(b) of the repealed Act. The kindergarten guideline continues in force as a guideline developed, purchased or accredited by the authority under section 11 until it is repealed or replaced by the authority under that section. (sec.105-ssec.1) This section applies to a kindergarten guideline for which, immediately before the commencement, either of the following was in force— a QSA approval under section 8(1)(d) of the repealed Act; a QSA accreditation under section 9(b) of the repealed Act. (sec.105-ssec.2) The kindergarten guideline continues in force as a guideline developed, purchased or accredited by the authority under section 11 until it is repealed or replaced by the authority under that section.
