sec.104 Existing preparatory guidelines
This section applies to a preparatory guideline for which, immediately before the commencement, either of the following was in force— a QSA approval under section 8(1)(c) of the repealed Act; a QSA accreditation under section 9(a) of the repealed Act. The preparatory guideline continues in force as a syllabus developed, purchased or revised by the authority under section 10 until it is repealed or replaced by the authority under that section. (sec.104-ssec.1) This section applies to a preparatory guideline for which, immediately before the commencement, either of the following was in force— a QSA approval under section 8(1)(c) of the repealed Act; a QSA accreditation under section 9(a) of the repealed Act. (sec.104-ssec.2) The preparatory guideline continues in force as a syllabus developed, purchased or revised by the authority under section 10 until it is repealed or replaced by the authority under that section.

- (b) a QSA accreditation under section 9(a) of the repealed Act.
