sec.101 Proceedings
The authority may continue and finish an existing proceeding. A proceeding that could have been started by or against the QSA before the commencement may be started by or against the authority. In this section— existing proceeding means a proceeding that was— started by or against the QSA before the commencement; and not finished immediately before the commencement. (sec.101-ssec.1) The authority may continue and finish an existing proceeding. (sec.101-ssec.2) A proceeding that could have been started by or against the QSA before the commencement may be started by or against the authority. (sec.101-ssec.3) In this section— existing proceeding means a proceeding that was— started by or against the QSA before the commencement; and not finished immediately before the commencement.
- (a) started by or against the QSA before the commencement; and
- (b) not finished immediately before the commencement.
